Del Mar Plaza: Replaced failing grocer in challenged configuration with gourmet grocer in this landmark California property.

Birdcage Marketplace: Leased junior anchor space, vacant for 20 years, increasing center value by $4M. Created access from adjacent Target, allowing direct flow of Target customers to Birdcage tenants. Demolished and relocated building to create two, additional junior-anchor positions. 

Northridge Fashion Center: Repurposed vacant, 2-anchor wing and re-merchandised center after 18 month closure due to earthquake. Added a theater, bookstore and restaurants.

Lake Oswego Town Square / New Seasons Market: Replaced outdated market with a gourmet grocery store, resulting in a 400% increase in sales.  

Streets of Tanasbourne / Bath & Body Works: Preserved critical tenancy in market downturn, including Bath & Body Works, Banana Republic, Chicos and Ann Taylor.

On Broadway Shopping Center / Old Spaghetti Factory: Significantly increased customer traffic and property value by attracting a popular restaurant to a challenging 10,000 SF space. This concept appealed to customers in multiple demographic categories, appealing to local residents and affluent visitors.
